You might already know Jack Lewis - the bassist in older brother Jeff's band for about ten years now, Jack has collaborated on nearly all of his albums to date, especially City & Eastern Songs and It's the Ones Who've Cracked That the Light Shines Through, providing distinctive basslines and some of the more rocking songs.
He has self-released quite a few albums, as well as Lvov Goes to Emandee w/ My Unicef Box (Smoking Gun Records), and toured the UK supporting The Cribs as The Fisherman Three (with Simon Beins and Raphi Gottesman). A few years ago he moved from New York City to Portland, OR, and has now assembled a new band called Awkward Energy.
stitch-stitch will be releasing his latest album, Lvov Swims the Williamette, in early 2012. It featurs members of The Fisherman Three, the Jeffrey Lewis Band, and Herman DŁne.
